Jesus said, "I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me" (Matt. 25:40 NIV). Ministry is meeting needs and pointing people to Christ. It can be done by people of all ages in all size and types of churches. Need some ideas to get you started? Below are links to two files of ministry ideas.

Since 2004, the critical issue for Project HELP has been poverty because it is a deep, complicated, and devastating issue affecting people all over the world and ravaging entire countries and continents. Through Project HELP: Poverty, WMU has sought to bring a clear and Christ-centered focus to this issue in order to assist churches in answering God's call to serve the poor.

It's a story that's been told many times over since Christian Women's Job Corps began. Through Christian Women's Job Corps, women are equipped, in a Christian context, for life and employment. Participants receive training in life skills and job skills. Eight elements characterize each CWJC site: certification training, advisory council, needs assessments, networking, covenants, evaluation, a mentor for each participant, and Bible study. Arkansas currently has four operating CWJC sites: Rogers, Fort Smith, Russellville, and North Little Rock. Several other sites are in the process of getting started.

The same eight principles that guide CWJC also guide CMJC. Arkansas currently has one active CMJC site in Russellville and a second site is currently under development.
