The Arkansas Baptist State Convention, along with all other Southern Baptist state conventions,  and in cooperation with GuideStone Financial Resources and LifeWay Christian Resources, have joined together to complete the SBC Compensation Study. Various general reports from this study are available on the internet. These reports are based on a survey conducted by the participating state conventions during Spring 2010. Over 11,500 church staff members participated in this survey.

We Need Your Help!

Every two years, Southern Baptist church staff members are asked to participate in a Compensation Survey which aids church administrators, personnel and finance teams, and new minister search teams as they plan staff salary packages each year.  The 2012 survey will begin January 2 and end May 31. The survey is quick (less than 10 minutes to complete), confidential (completely anonymous), and extremely helpful (just ask the hundreds of Arkansas churches that access it every year).  Click here to enter your information.  For access to the results of the 2010 study, click here.
